613 Property Management ("we", "us") is operated by Filmer Chu, Broker at Zolo Realty, Brokerage. We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Information you voluntarily submit through our forms (name, email, phone, property address, property details). When you call or email us, we retain the content of that correspondence. We do not collect sensitive information beyond what is reasonably required to evaluate your property and respond to your request.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a rental analysis, and provide property management services. With your express CASL consent, we may send periodic electronic communications related to property management. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share with

We share information only as needed to perform our services — for example with trades, the Landlord and Tenant Board, your accountant, or the brokerage's compliance staff — or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet record-keeping obligations under brokerage and tax law, then securely delete it.
